Birth certificate typos and how to get it fixed? - ontario birth certificate name change
I was born in New York City, Canadian mother and a Canadian father. The problem is that my birth certificate contains many errors. For example, on my birth certificate that has my mother's name misspelled my name wrong, but my mother does not have a birth certificate law. Now I live in Toronto, Ontario, with my mother and I try to go for a pass to us, but it did keep me upright. I wonder if I can be a legal name change in May and my mother to help Toronto to a lawyer of my mother, will change our name on my birth certificate from New York City. I can not go to the sign the City of New York to a consent form for the legal name change, not because I get my passport. Can a request for legal name change in my house? Then I got to sign one for my mother, and he gets the job. I live in Canada, help me.

Your mother, if she should still be able to find the certificate of birth in a hospital in New York for a question about your child and his father the same question could be done. That's how you can get a copy of this report from New York, request, would the Department of the State of New York, probably decisively, a copy of birth certificate and submit a certification letter from his parents' birth and hospital records of his birth. I'm not saying it is not difficult, but you can do, is simply too long.
