Should i take chinese herbs while breastfeeding? - breastfeeding herbs
My doctor gave me a lot of Bupleurum, a Chinese herb as Robitussin. he said its ok 4 the baby because it is a weed. Then I came home and called the doc and if he said that there is a risk because there is no research. I feel better .. as if by magic pills lol. Number of children sweat, but - as I do. is a side effect, I think. it seems a little more irritable and sleepy. I am a little on the pills, the closing ........ Any opinions?

I want to talk about with a certified lactation consultant advice before taking any medicines. Although they may be "natural", there is a risk to plants, because there are risks for the drug. There are some plants that should not be taken during lactation. A board certified lactation may have some experience with herbs, or they know someone who has experience in this field. Another good option is to consult a midwife (LPM) in this regard.
You should always discuss with the DR or III before something bfing though. What began their milk. Better safe then sorry.
I do not drink if they are not checked ...
It may be that can cross the placenta. This can with fresh herbs and drugs can be toxic to babies.
I fully support the use of herbs, however, the drug Rember that ... but not in the form of tablets, and all you is in your body in the form of milk
